MEET MACCARONI

15 years ago, we brought Sicily to a Melbourne laneway. It started the way all great things do, with family, flour and a whole lot of pasta on Melbourne's Manchester Lane.

 

15 years on, we’re still here, led by Mauro Bisignano and his son Gabriele, bringing the flavours and traditions they grew up with in Sicily to every service. The same dough, same hands and same love we started with.

 

So, what’s changed? We needed more tables to feed you all. So we’re now on Bourke St too, come say ciao.
